Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Vibe Technologies, LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use AgentPod.

1. What We Collect

We collect minimal control-plane data needed to run the service: Telegram user ID, plan, billing status, and routing metadata. We do not collect or store payment card data.

2. Tenant Data

Chat logs, configuration, and files stored by your OpenClaw instance remain inside your tenant namespace. You control that data and are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws or policies.

3. How We Use Data

We use control-plane data to provision resources, process billing via Telegram Stars, enforce quotas, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

4. Data Retention

Control-plane records are retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward to comply with billing and legal requirements. You may delete your tenant data at any time by canceling and deleting your instance.

Security and access logs. We keep a security audit log of connections to our relay service, recording the time, source IP address, browser user agent, and the names of the operations requested. These records never include the contents of your messages, files, or tool inputs, and session identifiers are stored only as one-way hashes. Security audit logs are retained for up to 365 days and are then deleted.

5. Security

We use per-tenant isolation, network policies, and encrypted storage where supported. Access to infrastructure is limited to authorized operators for maintenance and incident response.

6. Third-Party Services

Model requests may be sent to third-party providers such as OpenAI, xAI, or DeepSeek depending on your plan. Their privacy policies apply to those requests.
